The healthcare system in this town is non-existent

I've tried getting 3 separate issues dealt with, including a stroke-like event, a severe knee injury, and utterly ravaged mental health, and I keep getting told "This isn't the place for that.".

Have stroke-like event. go to Emerg. 7 hrs, 2 blood tests, and a blinding headache later, the doctor shrugs their shoulders and says nothing seems wrong with me, but to come back and be scanned. Get scanned. Told I may have to wait up to a week, and to call back if they don't. Call back after 9 days. Get answering machine. No response 2 days later. Call again and this time refuse to stop blowing up their shit until someone gives a coherent answer. "Who the hell are you? No, we don't have anyone qualified to look over your MRI. "Talk to your doctor." Guess what? My doctor isn't qualified either. "Talk to the doctor who prescribed it." Who is that? a doctor in Emerg who I never met. Call him. Miss him, leave a message. 2 days pass. Proceed to blow his shit up. Get him on the phone, you know what he fucking says to me? "Talk to your doctor." So I give up.

This is how every issue I've had in the last 2 years has been handled. What the actual fuck os going on in this town, the doctors barely function as glorified receptionists and it *still* takes 8 fucking hours to get something looked at and *no one* knows who the fuck is supposed to actually *do* anything.
