Did Black cheat in this game?
CONTEXT: This was one of the final games for some online, pretty informal chess tournament for a non-chess community which will give out no prize money for this.
However, we still believe in fair play and believe that this match is very suspicious. TheNavy100 had a 92.3 accuracy, while the opponent (VulcanArc, white) had 72.9. All of the moves after move 5 were played by black around 10 to 20 seconds after white's move. However, black sometimes misses obvious moves (which I'd argue would not be missed by most competent players), which also makes us think that this is being covered up.
We are almost certain that this is cheating but we also want the certainty of people who are not involved in this tournament.

After the allegations became knowledge to him, he suddenly drastically changed his playing style and started lost the game right after he won the one I originally linked.
