"365" isn't just mindless fun with drugs. It's Charli trapped in a party cycle which is her escape from dark thoughts like the preceding "I Think About It All The Time."

When you listen to albums in order, albums can be arranged in a purposeful way which can tell a story, and it's quite telling that one of the saddest and most open songs on the album "I Think About It All The Time" is abruptly followed by the closing song where Charli dives deep into the party lifestyle.

She is trapped in the party, to a concerning degree:

No, I never go home, don't sleep, don't eat

Just do it on repeat, keep (bumpin' that)

"360" is a composed, confident, glamorous celebration of herself while "365" is a twisted version where it's just about wanting to keep the party continuing endlessly. Her description of the party in the "365" lyrics doesn't even mention a ton of fun being had in it, the goal is just to not to stand still so the dark thoughts don't creep in.
