Why do people always make fun of his weight?

I just started following Caseoh a few weeks ago and I really enjoy his content. He is funny and handsome. He seems like a very wholesome guy. I just don't understand while so many people make fun of his weight. Seems like a running joke, maybe? I've seen some AI clips of Caseoh. Just wondering why.
