What career do I pick that gives flexibility to spend time outdoors OR requires time outdoors? Does anyone balance their love of nature with a career?

This is probably too much context but here we go- I (24f) graduated college two years ago. I enjoy my Job currently but it's not my long term career. I have a bachelors in psychology and I LOVE mental health/wellness related fields. My current job is focused on mental health of students I work with and I really enjoy it. However, I also it can also be super draining! When something hard happens, I feel burnt out pretty fast and have to do a lot of self care to get back to baseline.

Since getting a job, I've had more money to invest in traveling and outdoor activities. I've realized I feel peaceful, energized, and most myself when I am adventuring deep in the outdoors. I feel like I unlocked this whole new passion for the earth.

Now I'm making myself crazy looking at wildlife conservationist jobs (that I'm not qualified for) because what if I'm not meant to burn myself out with mental crisis everyday even though I'm passionate about it and I'm just meant to life in the woods????? (She says dramatically).

Lol asking for general advice I guess? Or potential jobs you think I should look into?
