Why don’t you see women car salespersons?

I see positions open for car sales all the time, and I realized I rarely see a woman car sales person, I’ve never seen a woman car sales person personally.

Besides the old cliche that women don’t know anything about cars, is there a reason women aren’t commonly in these positions?
