What is this? Tent Stove Accessory

Looking at ordering a camp stove for our Walton and I found this one with white duck, but they said this piece is an accessory and the representative did not know what it was called or where to order it. Does anybody know what this is and who makes it? I try to reverse Google search but did not find clarity. Thanks.
