Package weight vs real weight

I ate this entire packet of chicken today (don't judge me to hard please) I cooked it by air fryer. My scale weighed it as 22.7 ounces of meat. However the package says it's 1.74 lbs which would be nearly 28 ounces.

Since I ate the whole packet, would it be wiser to count the calories from my scale or count the calories based off the package weight?
