Upgrading from 2080 to 5080 what should I upgrade?

Hi, I’m upgrading from a 2080 to a 5080 or I hope so for the release date the 30th, I currently have a i7 12700k with ddr5 6000 mhz 2X16gb, I was wondering would my i7 127000k be outdated completely and same thing for my ddr5.

I only play games in 1440p 240 hz but might upgrade for 4k in the future.
