Bakit ang hilig ng ibang Pinoy mang take advantage sa kabaitan ng foreign employers

For context, I've been working for this client for over 5 years. I am one of the first few Filipino VAs na kinuha nila.

This client expanded, hired more Filipinos to fill-in different positions. And this client is very mabait, understanding and not strict.

But last quarter of last year, I know that theclient already noticed some of the Filipino staff already slacking. Like I said they are not strict, no time tracking whatsoever. But they noticed outputs very well.

So some of the Filipino staffs, probably some of the highest paying ones, started to slack off, all of us are paid 8 hours btw. Some departments, already noticed some errors, things that needs to be done are not being done, and when there are things that needs to be followed up, it would require the other departments to follow-up multiple times.

So when they started to observe this, the client started to ask a lot of questions, established additional processes for the all departments. They are now planning to add more processes, processes which aren't really necessary if these individuals only do what they have to do.

So I must say, these individuals thinking that our client are kind enough not to notice, but they do notice. So as a result of these individuals na ang hilig mang take advantage , all the Filipino staff have to suffer the consequences. Nadagdagan pa yung mga kailangan gawin. Nadamay pa yung iba na nagtatrabaho ng maayos. I just hope di na umabot pa sa time na kelangan kami mag time tracking with detailed description ng mga ginawa namin dahil lang sa mga taong to.
