Exposing this OF Chatting Agency that ruined me

I'm doing this because I failed to save myself but I might able to save someone.

  1. Mumurahin at sisigawan ka ng 'managers' sa zoom calls and GCs.
  2. They will blame you for not making a sale and will make you admit things that you didn't do.
  3. They will manipulate you into thinking that it's your fault why you didn't make a sale and why you didn't meet an unreasonably high quota.
  4. Malalang power tripping, micro management and favoritism ng 'managers'
  5. Tatakutin ka into thinking na hindi ka na daw makakahanap ng VA job if you don't follow their 'rules'.
  6. They will teach you how to scam people for the sake of making a sale and meeting the quota.
  7. They will change your offered rate because of not meeting a certain quota during probationary period, kahit na hindi naman yun ang pinirmahan mo sa job offer.
  8. Super underpaid ng chatters and kapag nakita nila na entitled ka na sa malaking sahod, magugulat ka na lang bigla ka nilang tatanggalin for some made-up reason. (this happened to a lot of chatters before it happened to me)
  9. I have learned from some of my former co workers na hindi sila binayaran during their probationary period because of not meeting an unbelievably high quota for a newbie.
  10. After learning about this, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and rendered proper resignation, pero ngayon hindi na nila ibibigay yung last salary ko just because of a made up reason. (I requested for an immediate resignation but was declined, so I was forced to render)

Of course I'm aware na hindi ko na mahahabol yung sahod ko kahit na entitled pa rin ako sa bonuses and commission, pero alam ko namang underground business ito at ako ang nagpasok sa sarili ko dito. I think I just have to learn it the hard way that this is a shitty industry and I shouldn't expect any professionalism from them kahit na una pa lang, pinapakita na talaga nila yung shitty nature nila.

I know I have my lapses too. I've been made aware by a lot of redditors here to just leave and wag magpadala sa pananakot nila, but I guess I have to experience this too so you guys won't make the same mistake as I did.

I'm exposing this company para hindi na madagdagan ang mabibiktima ng company na to. Please don't make the same mistake as I did. I may not save everyone who wants to enter this industry from all the shitty situations you'll encounter from other agencies, but atleast I'll save you from this one.

P.S Please don't discriminate people who work in this niche because some are desperately in need of a job and it's really difficult to find one. If you're against this kind of industry, I perfectly understand but I'm posting this for those who are left with no choice but to enter the industry and might fell victim of this agency. So if you are willing to do this kind of job, I'm willing to help you find another agency, so please stay away from this one.

P.P.S Context of the photo is that they were accusing me of giving low prices when in fact, I'm always asking for approval about the prices from the 'coach' who fired me. But they insist that I've been doing the same mistake, yet they can't give me enough proof. I'm chatting with the COO in that convo, and prior to that, my coach already advised me that I'm still entitled for a final pay, but the COO insisted that I won't get paid.
