What is this in my cat's canned food??

Located in Pittsburgh, PA. Found a segmented white thing in my cat's canned food. Purina Pro Plan Complete Essentials beef & chicken flavor. It's only meat, no veggies or weird additives. So I'm very confused what this might be. Maggot? Tapeworm segments? Nothing?
