I've got an itch to revisit BOF1. Should I play Breath of Fire Definitive Edition or Breath of Fire: War of the Goddess? Breath of Fire Definitive Edition was updated in 2023 and says that it uses the Breath of Fire: War of the Goddess translation with some added features, while Breath of Fire: War of the Goddess itself was updated in 2024. What is the definitive way to play BOF1?
