Issue transferring animation data

Hello, I'm learning the process of transferring animation data and am having trouble transferring correctly. I have two very similar armatures but the one receiving animation doesn't move the same. All the bones are named the same and I've made sure the rest poses are both T-poses. Any ideas? Source animation of the left, transferring to the right.
