What is a pro training schedule actually like?
Pretty much the title.
You always hear about how much mat time the pros are getting, and obviously they are training their asses off daily. But what does a schedule actually look like?
I’ve also wondered this about pros in other sports, but I’m particularly curious about concrete examples in this sport. Maybe not even the pros, but how does a Trials winner or Pans winner train?
I have a lot of free time during the week (I exclusively work weekends) and I want to start using that time to seriously prep for comps. I know the pro schedules won’t be a 1:1 for for everyone, but I’m just curious how they ACTUALLY train.
