Can someone post a tutorial on how to properly install episode 10?

Been a year since I had to do this. I can't even remember what patron level allows one to download the game. I still have episode 9 installed properly. Are there any additional steps to take to get everything to sync? Does it work from the same launcher? Any guidance/instruction would be helpful. I'm not the most PC Savvy. Thanks in advance!
