Sola Foundation Primer/ Skin Tint

I saw Iya Omaña raving about the Sola Foundation Primer so I asked for it as a gift from my sister. I usually just use sunscreen, concealer, and powder as my base but I've been getting more into makeup recently.

*Context:" Morena, medium olive undertone. Oily-combination, acne prone, dehydrated skin with hyperpigmentation and very pawisin

Claims: 18-hour long wear coverage, non greasy, sweat proof, transfer proof, SPF 50+ PA+++

PROS: - Lightweight and non greasy - Easy to blend. I can use my fingers or a brush and it'll blend seamlessly and quickly into my skin. - My sunscreen (Kose) is a bit difficult to work with. It will pill under certain products but I didn't experience any pilling with Sola. - I really like that it has SPF 50 and iron oxides. I don't use it as my main sunscreen but I like the added protection. Also if you didn't know, iron oxides (the thing that gives makeup its tint) are known to protect the skin from blue light and is especially good for those with melasma. - I would say it has light to medium coverage but it's buildable. It's able to cover my hyperpigmentation and spider veins decently but not completely. I usually only use half to a full finger of product. - Matte finish but not the drying kind. - Doesn't settle or cling onto dry areas (e.g., eyebrows, nose, sides of my lips) - Doesn't oxidize on me or if it did, I barely noticed - Doesn't clog my pores. - Works well under my concealer and blush - Longevity: It lasts me almost the whole day, around 6 hours or more. I can walk around in the heat, sweat, and hindi siya mahuhulas. It doesn't completely control my oiliness but it did help with it. As a pawisin and oily girly, it held up pretty well even in this climate. If you add powder and setting spray, apocalypse proof na yan. It doesn't separate or cake at the end of the day and I really like the way it blends into my skin kahit medyo shiny na ko. Personally for me, it gets nicer the longer I wear it because of how nicely it melts into my skin talaga. - I tried using my sun stick over it and hindi siya natanggal completely. Yes, it budged a bit but that's to be expected. Just be careful and gentle when swiping the sun stick over your skin and it'll still look nice.

CONS: - Limited shade range at the moment but they seem to work for a variety of skin tones. - There's a flashback but to be expected due to the high SPF. I don't mind it because I only use this in the day time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5!! Really happy with this skin tint! I only have the sachet but I plan to get the full bottle soon 😁

Shade: Sand Beige ⌛ The sachet costs 99 pesos the last time I checked. It's 7 ml. Very very worth it siya for me 🤩
