Problem getting my platoon emblem to show

I can’t get my current platoon emblem to show. I left another platoon that is no longer active (bf5) and tried reapplying my current one on battle log (for bf4) and it still shows my old one in game. My platoon tag shows in game next to my name but the emblem hasn’t changed. anyone know how to fix this?
