What's something that helps you still be a Batman fan?

I see a lot of fans get clowned on for supporting Batman and combating arguments online with things that we see him do in comics, movies, shows, etc. And seeing this makes it hard to be a Batman fan sometimes, so I would like to know what helps you still be a Batman fan and how it can help me. I've been a fan since my childhood so nostalgia is out of the question
