Neera romance problem

It been years since I last time played BG and BG2 and today it hits me, that despite finishing Neera romance I can’t recall it at all what exactly happened. I mean, I can easily describe romances from original BG2 like: helping Aerie overcomes her trauma and finding inner strength and peace, or with patience and slow burn help Viconia become better person, or supporting Jaheira after her loss and helping her find happiness. All these relationships and characters have progressed through story, like Aerie is not the same person at the end of the game. All characters change, grow and make themselves worthy remember.

But with Neera I can’t recall if she really changed through the game and she has all trilogy for that, but despite her having more time for growth, I really can’t recall if she at all changes by relationships with Charname. Maybe my memory is just weak or Neera is poor written, easy to forget, when I put her next to old characters?
