What is a Scorpio-sagittarius cusp?

So I was born on a 24 November, but I always feel that even thought I'm a Sagittarius, I have been always feeling that I was a Scorpio more.

Some weeks ago I read about Scorpio-sagittarius cusp. I know Scorpio and Sagittarius are enemies, so I have always feel as well that I'm my worst enemy.
