First time being "Misgendered"

So I'm mtf. I'm under the age of 18 where I can't take E without my parents consent. I currently have a 2 weeks Internship at a grocery store. I was doing my job and then an elderly man in a wheelchair came up to me and called me Miss. I was surprised to hear that because I can't and don't look feminine at all, and I have not so supportive parents, I also have pretty bad top dysphoria and voice dysphoria (Is that a thing?) I let my hair outgrow and it's not even reaching my shoulders yet. Anyways I was trailing off the main point is that the man gave me so much joi that I could have cried from it. Is that what y'all call euphoria?
