Is someone that can’t ejaculate a deal breaker?

I have medical condition that causes the nerve endings in my body to quit working as intended. Therefore, I cannot ejaculate during sex because the muscles controlled by those nerves don’t function properly. I can orgasm (“cum”) normally and everything still feels great on my end. Would something like this be a total turn off for you? I mostly bottom and really enjoy sex but I do get a bit self conscious when it visually seems like I’m not into it. What are your thoughts?
