Any reviews about Marquis at Gaston and Marquis at Texas Street?

25F, single, moving in a studio, or 1bd apartment and these 2 are the nearest to my workplace at Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas, Texas.

Can anyone share any reviews about these 2 apartments? Google reviews are mixed like both have several good and a very few bad reviews, but reviews can be faked.
