Toilet won't refill after flushing every time-Kohler Fill Valve
My bathroom toilet won't refill after flushing each time, so I have to open the lid and tap down on gray adjustment level (I think that is what it's called?)-picture attached.
I've tried to adjust the the chain for any slack issues, tried to clear out/clean out the fill valve seat, but nothing seems to work.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! I know I could always go buy a new replacement, but this one is relatively new.
