UNISA Degree/Diploma while working full time with kids at home, can it be done?

My fellow South Africans,

Does anybody have experience doing a UNISA Diploma/Degree while working full time as well as having kids at home?

How hectic is it? Do you feel as if you are getting to everything and everyone while still having some time to yourself to catch your breath and rest?

Some background, I currently have a BSc Degree in a different field from the University of Pretoria. I am self employed and I have a wife and 2 kids at home aged 1 and 3. I am looking to do a diploma in Agricultural Management followed by an Advanced Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
