a job with no medical insurance?

hi everyone, I recently got laid off and just got an offer for a new role.

besides a cut of 30% in compensation, there is also no medical insurance/benefits for employees. it is a 3-month notice period after probation. 20 days annual leave which i feel is fine. during the interview, manager did not sugarcoat the role so it all felt very negative. my gut says to reject this offer, but at the same time i know i'm fortunate to be in this position when so many are still looking for a job.

would you take this up if you are in this circumstance? thanks.
