Can you get artery disease at 23?

I’ve been really anxious about my heart recently. I have had chest pains and indigestion problems for a few months now. I’ve had echos, bloodwork, ekgs and even a holter monitor that all came back clear. Antacids don’t really work so I’m nervous it be something like heart disease. It’s been in the family early a couple of times including my mom and uncle but never this early I don’t think. I’m really worried because my diet has been garbage and I’m pretty overweight (290 6’2M) but I’m pretty young so idek. I don’t know how’d I’d even rule it out if there is a chance.
