Did Loren Initiate?

I know it’s none of my business but I’m seeing a lot of people say that Loren was the one that called off the marriage. I had no idea that this was the case or that she confirmed this. What do you guys know about this? I think people used to say Uzi left, but yet again, I am very out of the loop.
