Downfall of writing for Vi and Caitlyns relationship

This relationship was setup fairly well in season 1 with plenty of room to grow in a sensible way. Then it was just rushed so much. They either hated each other or were 100% into the other. There was no in between. You can't even call it a Rollercoaster as it just teleported between the highs and lows.

Then the sex scene was so forced..... like oh my sister just locked me in a cell to go kill herself.... welp cause it's time for some hot prison sex.... so disappointing S1 of Arcane had some of the most well written female characters and just dissolved so much.
