Jujutsu kaisen
Jujutsu Kaisen is seriously overrated, and here's why:
Basic Story: The plot follows the typical shonen formula—power-ups, predictable fights, and not much in terms of originality.
Weak World-Building: The “cursed energy” concept is cool, but it’s barely explored. We’ve seen far better world-building in shows like Hunter x Hunter or Fullmetal Alchemist.
Generic Characters: Gojo is cool, but overall, the characters feel recycled from other series. There’s not much depth or development.
Fights Get Old: Sure, the animation is stunning, but a lot of the fights are just big flashy power-ups with little strategy or emotional weight.
Carried by Animation: The hype is mostly due to MAPPA’s animation, but that doesn’t make up for weak storytelling and basic characters.
Copied Ideas: A lot of JJK feels like it’s borrowed from other anime—nothing here feels particularly fresh or innovative.
TL;DR: Great animation, but the story, characters, and world-building are mid at best. Way overrated.
