Marriot Increased Points to INR Value

Has anyone noticed that since this week, Marriott has worsened the points-to-INR ratio? For instance, the JW Marriott Prestige Golfshire Resort previously required 23,000 points per night, but it has now increased to over 70,000. This trend is observed across multiple hotels worldwide. Is this a temporary change, or is it permanent?

If it's permanent, the 150,000 points offer doesn’t seem to hold much value anymore.

EDIT: It seems prices are normal for many users. Seems to be a bug for me or I might be missing something here. Please ignore this post if this is not the case for you.
