Account on hold but can’t log in

My account was placed on hold for apparent suspicious activity even though it was me doing a normal purchase..

Long story short I got an email requesting to log in and fill out the questionnaire to reactivate my account. But I am unable to log in… my password says it’s incorrect even though it is not.

What do I do? I can’t contact support unless I log in, is this normal? Really dumb imo
