Frames go to 1Fps after a few mins

Been playing for many hours. Game has been fine. Playing with shaders and getting over 30FPS.

Yesterday with shaders off the FPS started to drop and then bottom out at 2PFS. Thought something was cached wrong so left it alone. Today same issue tho
