Anyone (recently) walk into their local Aldo and find the layout drastically changed?

I visit my local store once every week to ten days. I visited this morning and most everything has been rearranged, apparently to confuse the customer ... I guess we have to re-learn the store layout once again. Additionally, one of my "essential", non-seasonal items is no longer sold there. What? This is an essential item in Hispanic cooking and they totally deleted it from stock. There entire Hispanic section has shrunk by over 50%. This is confusing since about 50% of our local population is of Hispanic origin.

What is going on ... Aldi?
