Masks "against company policy" from a repair person

I'm in a mask-friendly area and never had issues with my mask or asking contractors to mask, thankfully. A repair person came to my house and when asked to put on a surgical mask said it was against company policy.

It was for a dryer repair with a likely lint clog. Many people wear masks while dealing with major amounts of lint, but I guess this guy wanted to inhale as many particles as possible. They lost me as a customer. It wouldn't be risky since I have a great mask, but in principle it's my house and is a covid-free zone.

Next thing I'm sure the asbestos removal folks will refuse masks!
