1 game pass subscription on 2 Xbox’s ???

So I have a game pass ultimate subscription.

My 8 year old has a Series S in his room and his own gamepass subscription as well.

Is it possible for us just to be able to keep my subscription and have him share mine ?
He has his own gamertag obv.

Was hoping it would work and be like his own log in. Kinda how it is now with having 2 completly separate accounts but just saving money and paying for 1 subscription.
