You can still get Somnoire Anchor?

My husband and I both started playing Wuwa when it came out for PS5 about 2 weeks after 2.0 came out and I have been GRINDING like a mad woman and my husband has been super casual and basically skipping all the dialogue so he can fight stuff faster. I already completed the content Somnium Labyrinth permanent event about a week ago and my husband just started working on it last night. Well he somehow got the Somnoire Anchor sword but because he just skips through everything thing he's not sure when he exactly got it. I was under the impression that you couldn't get that sword any more since that event ended and all of my Google searches seem to confirm that and yet he still got it? I'm just making sure I'm not going crazy and thinking that I missed something.
