Last Skill for Govorov?

I thought about this a lot and generally speaking, Govorov is great on HIMARS, because of the dealt damage +25% to enemies 2 or more hexes away skill. Also because of his other unique skill, he will counterattack 100% of the time so no blitzkrieg etc. will work on him. Because of that, I wanted to use a skill that I don’t use on any other general and I was between Fighting Spirit and Crossfire. I ultimately went with Crossfire because he will always counterattack and another unit will even join him and that extra dealt damage there might come in handy, especially if it’s an enemy unit from 2-3 hexes away. But I also see the value in FS because he will counterattack every time so he will replenish the health with ridiculous consistency. What do you guys think? FS or Crossfire?
