Can anyone help identify this watch?

Long story short… my dad bought it from a Ukrainian sailer who claimed ‘it had been taken from the wrist of a Russian tank commander’.

Don’t know whether or not that’s true but an interesting story either way I guess.

But just wondering if anyone knows much about it? What’s it worth? (Dad paid £20), where would it have come from? Did my dad get blagged?
