Legion not launching on steam

Got the gold edition a couple weeks ago and every time I’ve tried to launch the game on either uconnect or steam it just shows a uconnect popup about syncing with the cloud, then the splash screen, then another uconnect popup (the one you usually see when closing the game) and then nothing more happens. I’ve made sure my drivers are up to date, reinstalled multiple times, and done everything listed on the pc troubleshooting page on the Ubisoft support site (on top of opening 2 cases with support and getting no replies). This is getting tiring but I really liked the first 2 games and don’t wanna give up on this yet so any suggestions?
