Questions about Atrium Club Level at the Contemporary Resort

I just switched from Grand Floridian to the Contemporary Resort, since my family and I wanted to stay there instead. What was everyone's experience at their club level? Also, what can concierge get you these days? I was looking into After Hours events but I wanted to wait until I actually got there to buy tickets if possible. Would they able to help with those kinds of bookings? Also, if you have a theme park view room, would you be able to hear the music pumped into your room somehow? Or would you need to see them at the Atrium Club? (We're also going at the end of January from the 23rd-29th!)
