Alpha Legion or Night Lords?

I didn’t know whether this would be a simple yes or no question or provoke discussion from other lore exemplars, but do y’all think we’ll get either of these legions as factions in the relative future? I figure they may work up to include so many characters since the universe is so large, hell even Primarchs as legendary characters someday, but I wanted to sate my curiosity.
