What does your schedule look like?

Currently working through rotations from 9 AM -5 PM five days a week and preparing for boards and am dying. I don’t see how this schedule is sustainable for the rest of my life and am struggling to see any sort of light at the end of the tunnel. I just want some insight on what the typical healthy work schedule looks like for a typical GP vet and what your work life balance is.
