Please help me get a good budget non-disposable vape kit

I have been smoking cigarettes for 10 years now around half a pack a day, I usually only smoke L&M double forward (Tar: 7 mg
Nicotine: 0.4 mg
Carbon Monoxide: 7 mg)

I have absolutely 0 idea what I need to build a vape kit but can you please give me the name of what i need to buy ? and also i would prefer the least dose of nicotine if possible. thank you
