Vibrating abdomen anyone?

My body has been vibrating. I have been sleep deprived and recovering from a hysterectomy. I also may have some vagus nerve irritation. But the vibrating of my guts and then last night my whole body is really weird. I am wondering if there are any other cases of this and it coming from vagus nerve irritation.
