I need to connect computers from different places both using starlink

Hi, guys. I am fairly new to vpn usage but I kind of know how they work.

The company I am working with has this server that do not connect to outside networks.

I was wondering if there is an efficient way to place a VPN router for people to be able to connect remotely.
