The death of Harry Horse (Richard Horne).

Most of you will know him for his game Drowned God. Something that not everyone knows is his mysterious death. In his house they found him, his wife Amanda , their dog and cat. Since ive seen no post about him in this subreddit i decided to make one. Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments. But, let me tell the story:

On the night of January 9th 2007, two friends of Harry and his wife would make a visit to their house, visitting from New Zealand. According to the 2 friends, that night, Harry wasnt acting like himself, he was saying weird things such as: "Its a wonderful night for a killing". They also said that Amanda asked them not to leave, basically begging them to stay, against her wish they decided to leave.

At 9.40 AM on the January 10th 2007 the two friends, on their way to the airport, returned to the house of Harry and Amanda because they forgot a jacket there. The door was opened, so they went inside. Instead of finding the couple greeting them, they found something way more traumatizing. They found the dog, and the cat stabbed to death, Amanda with over 30 stab wounds and a broken blade stuck inside of her body and Harry with over 47 wounds all over his arms and torso and with mutilated genitals. They where found laying really close together on their bed, which lead to a theory saying that they died by a "Romeo and Juliet suicide pact". This was discarded later on with news articles saying that he snapped after he took a cocktail of drugs before stabbing Amanda until the blade broke off, then he took another knife, continued stabbing her before he shifted his attention to the 2 pets stabbing them to death. After this he would use the knife against himself stabbing himself 47 times, stabbing his arms, torso and genitals. According to news "he bled to death".

Harry was known to be someone unpredictable and he had struggled with mental health for quite a while, but I genuinely dont believe he commited this murder and later on suicide. It just doesnt sit right. During the autopsy it was discovered that he didnt consume any drugs, and that he was fully sober. Could he really murder the love of his life, and the 2 pets he loved so much in cold blood? Can a human being stab himself 47 times and stab his genitals being fully conscious? Is the story the 2 "friends" told really true, or are they actually the murderes of Harry and Amanda? What really happened that night of January 9th, 2007? We most likely will never know, since theres really little information to this case and the Scottish police never released the full truth. I wanna know what you all think about this case.
