ULPT Request: Best state to get a fake id?

I live in NY and looking to get a fake. I'm wondering what the best state is to get? These are the states I'm choosing between based on states with low security features: Connecticut, Ohio, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Texas Would a state farther away from where I live, like Texas or Illinois work better, or should I do a state closer like PA/Ohio/CT?
