Recommended setup for home?

Looking to setup a small system for my home, the house is a 1952, 1104sqft house, is a fairly small floor plan and I’m familiar with running cat 5, and networking, but very unfamiliar with ubiquiti products, could someone help me with what products I would need for a setup?

System I’d like to have

1-3 Cameras wired 1 Doorbell wired Recording device Wifi app access to view camera

I looked on the website but unsure what all connecting devices i would need, what would be the most cost effective solution, while still getting what I need and maybe have upgrade potential later?
